Apply a residual chemical with a fogging machine to all adjacent bushes and under tree limbs.


This application will mitigate the amount of mosquitos on your property and keep them from repopulating, however it is impossible to guarantee there will be no mosquito activity in between services.

Roaches

Cockroaches spread disease and contaminate food products and are predominately located in your kitchen and bathroom areas.


A pest control specialist will create a treatment plan for eliminating your roach problem. This is typically done across at least 2 visits, but may require more.

Carpenter Ants

Inspect and treat for carpenter ants. Apply a bait around exterior areas of property. Price is subject to change depending on lot size and level of infestation.

Bed Bugs

Inspect room(s) for bed bug activity and offer remedial services following inspection. Price is based upon hourly rate and is subject to change depending on number of rooms requiring inspection.

Powderpost Beetles

Inspect and treat wooden beams for powderpost beetle activity. Estimate reflects treatment of all infested wood members in affected areas. Price is subject to change depending on total square footage of treatment area.

Wood Fungus Treatment And Removal

Treat all affected areas of wood in crawl space for wood-destroying fungus. This is a two-step process where the fungus has to be physically removed from the wood and then subsequently treated after removal to keep fungus from returning.

Fire Ants

  • Solenopsis invicta (invicta stands for “invincible” in Latin)
  • Were introduced in the U.S. between 1933-1945 from Brazil
  • As of August 2008, the following U.S. states have established infestations: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
  • Is a major agricultural and urban pest throughout southeastern states.
  • Cause both medical and environmental harm
  • Major pest to soybean crops grown in Georgia and North Carolina
  • $156 MILLION in losses each year!
  • Can cause structural damage under homes/slabs
  • Are active in the warmer months of the year but will hibernate during the winter months.
  • Can be controlled with a variety of methods, including mound drenching, baiting, and granular insecticide treatments.

Fire Ant Baits

  • Applied up to four times per year
  • Bait acts within 24 hours of application
  • Kills the queen by workers bringing bait carrier into colony
  • Relatively inexpensive
  • Can be washed away with heavy rainfall

Fire Ant Granules

  • Applied one time per year
  • Releases into the soil profile, which provides quick kill
  • More harmful to the environment
  • More costly fire ant program
  • Is rainfast and won’t wash away after treatment
